DAC member, photographer and musician, David Magers preforms with the Red River Breeze Band in concert July 16th at the Roxy Regional Theatre . Their summer concert, "World Music with a Celtic Flair", features hammered dulcimer, fiddle, penny whistle, guitar, cello, recorders, bouzouki, bodhran drum and djembe. An instrumental band playing traditional Celtic, Renaissance and Work music.. Everyone is visited and bring a friend.
DAC Artist Larry Richardson presented a guided tour of his Cumberland River paintings today during the museum’s monthly Art & Lunch program. Larry's artwork is now on display in the Kimbrough Gallery at the Custom House Museum in Clarksville, TN. until July 31, 2016.
The Cumberland River project is a collection of over thirty paintings featuring noteworthy facets of the river environment. Eighteen of these are on exhibit in the Customs House Museum’s show.
